We are located in Jiangmen city, Guangdong province, China. It’s about 1 hour’s drive from Guangzhou Airport, 1 hour’s drive from Macao and 2.5 hours' drive from Hong Kong.

2. What' s your capability?

1) We manufacture the die for extrusion and tooling for fabrication/machining.
2) We have 8 extrusion lines to support the extrusion of different sizes of profiles.
3) We have extensive fabrication/machining capabilities including:
a) cutting, punching/drilling, tapping, chamfering
b) stamping, forming
c) CNC precision machining (100+ units of CNC; can work with profile up to 4.5m)
d) sand blasting, polishing, brushing, vibration, grinding
e) bending, honing, welding, deburring
4) Surface treatment: anodizing (natural/color/hard anodizing), powder coating, , liquid painting, silkscreen printing, non-hexavalent chroming, etc.
Besides the above in-house capabilities, we also have reliable subcontractors to support your requirements.

3. Can you make customized products?

Yes. We manufacture according to your design drawings or your samples or even your concepts. We have custom manufactured for many industries, such as automotive, electronics, green energy (solar, LED, etc.), security, audio, video, lighting, furniture, hardware, equipment, sanitary ware, etc.

4. What's your MOQ?

For initial or trial orders, we can be very flexible on MOQ.
For repeat orders: Raw extrusion: 500kg. Fabricated value added products: depends on your drawing and machining requirements.

5. What is your quote lead time?
-
24~48 hours normal parts;
3~5 working days for complicated projects that involved outsourcing components.

6. How long is your production lead time?
-
Sample and tooling: 15-30 days depending on specification;
Mass production: 15-45 days depending on volume and processes involved.

7. What payment terms and means of payment do you work with?
-
Means of payment: T/T, L/C, Bank Acceptance Bill;
Tooling: 100% prepaid;
Mass production: 30% prepaid, 70% paid upon order completion and before delivery.
Other payment terms such as monthly statement 30 days negotiable depending on the progress of cooperation.

8. What happens to my tooling fee if you can not submit samples according to agreed drawings?

We rarely ran into this kind of unfortunate situation because we do diligent evaluation before we quote our customers. However, just in case, here is the way to go:
Should we fail to submit qualified sample within the committed time frame, we would re-evaluate and offer a reasonable time frame to re-submit qualified samples. Should we fail again, and you would not accept even the slightest modification to the original drawing to make it work, we would apologize and refund 100% of your tooling fee by T/T.

9. What trade/price terms you usually do?

EXW, FOB Gaosha (our local port), CIF etc. Other terms can be discussed.

10. How do I proceed to get a quotation?
-
If you already have PDF/CAD/3D drawings with specific requirements, just send to us together with information such as batch volume, annual forecast, any special requirements, etc.. We have staff standing by to work on your information to submit quotation
If you only have a sample on hand, you can send us the sample for us to evaluate to submit quotation.
If you only have an design concept, we have experienced engineers to work with you to turn the idea into shop drawings and then submit quotation.

11. How do you ensure quality before delivery?

We are ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 certified. Each and every step of the manufacturing processes is strictly governed and controlled by these quality systems.
Before production, we will submit you samples for confirmation, which will be kept as the golden samples. Both your signed drawings as well as the approved samples will be used in our first article inspection, in-process inspection as well as final inspection before we pack your parts for shipping. All these inspection reports will kept for traceability and can be provided upon request.
